As part of the January campaign weeks focusing on Dry January, healthy routines and a successful start to the new year, the University of Hamburg's health management team (HEALTHY CAMPUS) organised a variety of inspiring activities for employees and students.

A special highlight this week was the visit of Andreas Niedrig as a guest speaker at Mollerstraße. With his moving story ‘From Junkie to Ironman,’ Andreas Niedrig took participants on his personal journey in an authentic and impressive presentation – from drug-addicted teenager to successful professional triathlete. Open, honest and motivating, he showed how change, perseverance and new routines can fundamentally transform a life.
