Stand Up Paddling
Sunscreen, shorts, cap, sunglasses, and then off to the water. In addition to paddling and swimming fun, you can also strengthen your abdominal and back muscles. Our SUP courses start from the sailing dock of the Hochschulsport at the Außenalster, serving as the starting/launch point for our tours across the Alster and the canals.
For those who already know how to paddle board and want to enjoy a sundowner on the Alster, you can use our cards for open training. Depending on the water temperature, neoprene shoes and a neoprene shorty might be necessary to avoid getting too cold.
As with all water sports courses, sufficient swimming ability is a requirement and must be confirmed with a signature at the start of the course.
