Take advantage of our sports offerings to enhance your daily life. At Hochschulsport Hamburg, you'll find plenty of fun and variety in different sports and activities, along with friendly people, new connections, and personal challenges. We want to inspire you to an active lifestyle and help you enjoy staying fit. Let’s get moving!

Choose from a wide range of sports courses with one of our cards: the "FlexiCard" or "SwimCard," available for three or six months, with flexible start dates and a choice of courses. Access to our fitness studios is possible with the “FitnessCard”. We also offer individual courses. Take a look at our complete range of activities from A to Z.

Want to try it out first? You can do that with the FlexiCard trial week, SwimCard trial week, or a trial session at our gyms.

Your Hochschulsport Hamburg Team

From 1 April at 9.00 am, you (as a student or staff member of our member universities) can book all our courses and activities taking place during the summer term on our website. The full summer term programme will go online during the course of 31 March, so you can already browse all the options.

Sailing, tennis, rowing and ballroom dancing – which one will you choose? Be quick to book the individually bookable activities. Even though the courses don’t start until mid-April, places are limited and some are in high demand.

You can book our Cards at any time; the courses start after Easter from 7 April.

There are no activities over Easter and the gyms are closed.
